We are actively looking for most types of property, particularly offices or commercial properties with potential for conversion to residential or mixed use and land for new build homes.

Starting with early design coordination we will appoint a design team and deal with the local planning authorities and English Heritage where necessary ensuring your application has the best chance of approval.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Design & Build

We will manage the design stage foreseeing and making changes ensuring you are not caught out during the build stage. Working with the client and the design team we will ensure the design meets with your expectations and budget. Acting in the client’s interest once onsite we will monitor progress and in conjunction with the design team report and make necessary changes to keep the project on track and budget.
